At Spin Blade, we are committed to providing you with high-quality padel rackets and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The padel racket must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Proof of purchase or a valid order number is required for processing the return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Padel rackets that have been used or show signs of wear and tear.
- Items that are not in their original packaging or have been damaged.
- Custom or personalized rackets that have been specifically made for you.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Package Your Return: Pack the padel racket securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the Return Authorization Number inside the package.
- Return Shipping: Ship the return to the address provided in the Return Authorization instructions. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your padel racket for a different model or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a padel racket that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number, photos and a description of the issue. We will provide you with instructions for returning the damaged or defective item and will offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and availability.

Coverage
SpinBlade Padel warrants that its padel rackets are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. This warranty specifically covers manufacturing defects only.

Warranty Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact SpinBlade Padel at [email protected]. The customer service team will provide assistance in processing the claim.

Warranty Process
Upon receipt of the warranty claim, SpinBlade Padel will acknowledge the claim and commence an evaluation process. The Company acts solely as a retailer and relies on the manufacturer’s determination regarding warranty claims. SpinBlade Padel will liaise with the relevant distributor(s) and manufacturer to expedite the evaluation. The customer will be notified of the outcome upon receipt of the manufacturer’s feedback.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from, but not limited to, the following circumstances:
- Impact with any object, including but not limited to walls, the ground, or other equipment.
- Use of the product in wet conditions or with wet accessories.
- Exposure to extreme temperatures for prolonged periods.
- Use of inappropriate accessories, including but not limited to tennis balls.
- Chips or cracks resulting from impacts with objects other than designated playing equipment.
- Damage resulting from misuse, falls, or use outside the intended purpose of the product.
- Normal wear and tear, as all padel rackets have a natural lifespan.
- Use of the padel racket in rental or commercial environments.

- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- The serial number of the racket must be provided with the warranty claim.
- The Company reserves the right to request the return of the racket for further investigation if necessary.
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser.
