At Spin Blade, we are committed to providing you with high-quality padel rackets and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns, refunds, and warranty policy to ensure a hassle-free experience.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
- The padel racket must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Proof of purchase or a valid order number is required for processing the return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Padel rackets that have been used or show signs of wear and tear (e.g., cracks, chips, or other damage).
- Items that have been opened and/or have damaged packaging will not be eligible for return unless defective.
- Custom or personalized rackets that have been specifically made for you.
- Damaged items resulting from misuse, including damage from impact with walls, floors, or improper storage.
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect the racket’s performance are not considered defects and are not eligible for return.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Package Your Return: Pack the padel racket securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the Return Authorization Number inside the package.
- Return Shipping: Ship the return to the address provided in the Return Authorization instructions. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
- The original processing fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your padel racket for a different model or size, please:
- Return the original item for a refund.
- Place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item if it’s damaged or defective.

8. Warranty
8.1. Coverage
Spin Blade Padel warrants that its padel rackets are free from defects in materials and workmanship when used for regular recreational play, not professional or commercial use, for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. This warranty specifically covers manufacturing defects only.
8.2. Warranty Claim Procedure
To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must contact Spin Blade Padel at [email protected]. The customer service team will provide assistance in processing the claim.
8.3. Warranty Process
Upon receipt of the warranty claim, Spin Blade Padel will acknowledge the claim and commence an evaluation process. The Company acts solely as a retailer and relies on the manufacturer’s determination regarding warranty claims. Spin Blade Padel will liaise with the relevant distributor(s) and manufacturer to expedite the evaluation. The customer will be notified of the outcome upon receipt of the manufacturer’s feedback.
8.4. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from, but not limited to, the following circumstances:
- Impact with any object, including walls, the ground, or other equipment.
- Use of the product in wet conditions or with wet accessories.
- Exposure to extreme temperatures for prolonged periods.
- Use of inappropriate accessories, including tennis balls.
- Chips or cracks resulting from impacts with objects other than designated playing equipment.
- Damage resulting from misuse, falls, or use outside the intended purpose of the product.
- Normal wear and tear, as all padel rackets have a natural lifespan.
- Use of the padel racket in rental or commercial environments.
8.5. Additional Information
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
- The serial number of the racket must be provided with the warranty claim.
- The Company reserves the right to request the return of the racket for further investigation if necessary.
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser.
- Spin Blade Padel reserves the right to amend or update this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.

The life of your padel racket will depend on how often you play and how well you take care of it:
- Regular Play (twice a week): Expect your racket to last 9–12 months.
- Heavy Play (four times a week): Your racket may last around 6 months.

- Always store your racket in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. Proper care will extend the life of your racket.
9.2. How We Assess Claims
We are always fair when assessing warranty claims. If your racket shows signs of a manufacturing defect, we’ll review it carefully. However, if you’ve tried to repair the racket on your own, the warranty claim may not be valid.
To ensure your warranty claim is processed smoothly, please:
- Don’t repair the racket before contacting us.
- Don’t use the racket if you think it’s defective, as further damage could invalidate the claim.
9.3. What’s Covered by the Warranty?
A warranty ensures your racket is free from defects in material or workmanship. It typically covers:

- Frame breakage or structural damage.
- Paint chipping that affects performance.
9.4. What’s Not Covered?
Unfortunately, the warranty doesn’t cover:

Please note, warranty claims are only valid for items purchased directly from Spin Blade. If you’ve purchased from a third-party seller or another store, we won’t be able to process a warranty claim. All warranty issues must be handled through us directly.

- Avoid playing with old, damp or wet balls.
- Use with good quality padel tennis balls.
- Use a good quality padel bag with an isotherm compartment to protect it from the elements.
